The Gift Cards are available for sale at Luxury Avenue boutiques: Fendi, Longchamp, Tous, Cartier, Montblanc, Ultrajewels, Ultrafemme, Paul & Shark and Ultrajewels Gift, you can choose the amount and it is valid for 1 year from its purchase.

Where is the Lost and Found Department?

Our Security staff keeps the lost items for 3 months, after this period Luxury Avenue is not longer responsible. For further information please call our representatives at the Contact Center.

What is the schedule of the Contact Center?

From Monday to Friday: 8:30-17:30 hrs. (5:30 PM?)

How much does valet parking cost?

This service is offered to our Luxury Avenue’s clients for free, in order to make your shopping experience more comfortable. Don´t forget to have your parking ticket validated (stamped)
